The Dark Knight

SF: Batman Begins was amazing (10/10) so this had to work pretty hard to win me over. Firstly Heath Ledger blow me away, I was rather worried when they cast him but after seeing this I take back any concerns. This installments captures all that was good in its predecesor and runs. Fantastically dark and complicated. 9/10

50 Eggs: The Emperors new clothes are as revealing as ever. Yes this is a decent film and Heath Ledger is a great Joker, but it's nowhere near as exciting as 'Begins' and is way way too long. And, other than 'hide the pencil', there are no stand out scenes. 7/10

The Incredible Hulk

SF: I have a major bias, well two, I've yet to see a bad Edward Norton film and who doesn't love the Hulk? This leaves the previous Hulk movie dead in the water. Liked it so much I went and saw it twice. 8/10

50 Eggs: I liked the Ang Lee version and for me the Hulk depicted in this semi sequel reboot is not as good. The movie as a whole is better though, and Ed Norton makes a good stab at being the jolly green giant. There's a much better movie in the character though, but until then this gets a decent 7/10.
